• Candidates should Possess Bachelor Degree, Master’s Degree/ Diploma (Relevant Discipline) from a recognized board.

• Professor, Additional Professor & Associate Professor:-

  Medical Candidates: Fourteen years of teaching and/ or research experience after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/ MS . OR Twelve years of teaching and/ or research experience after obtaining the degree of M.Ch./ D.M OR Eleven years of teaching and/or research experience concern the candidates possessing 3 years of recognized Degrees of D.M./ M.Ch.
• Non-Medical Candidates: Fourteen years of teaching and/ or research experience after obtaining the doctorate degree.
• Experience for the post of Additional Professor:- Medical Candidates: Ten years of teaching and/ or research experience after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/ MS or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. Super Specialty disciplines: Eight years of teaching and/ or research experience after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./ M.Ch. (or) Seven years of teaching and/ or research experience after possessing 3 years of recognized Degrees of D.M./ M.Ch. Non-Medical Candidates: Ten years of teaching and/ or research experience after obtaining the doctorate degree. Experience for the post of Associate Professor: Six years of teaching and/ or research experience after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/ MS. Non-Medical Candidates: Six years of teaching and/ or research experience after obtaining the doctorate degree.
• Assistant Professor:- A postgraduate qualification i.e. M.D/ MS/ M.Ch./ D.M./ a Graduate/ MDS/ MS/ Master’s/ Non-Medical Candidates: Master’s Degree or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. A Doctorate Degree. Experience: One to three years of teaching and/ or research experience.
