• Candidates Should Possess 12th, Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy, Graduate, Diploma in Optometry and Dental Technology, MBBA, Post Graduate, DNB, Diploma in Ophthalmology/ Gynaecology/ Obstetrics/ Paediatric Medicine, Bachelors Degree in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Masters Degree, PG Diploma in Social Work, GNM, ANM, Diploma course in Computer Applications, M.Sc, Ph.D, M.Phil, DMLT, BMLT or B.Sc from the recognized boards or Universities.

• Laboratory Technician: Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / Bilogical Science. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any Institution recognized by the Govt. of WB or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from School of Tropical Medicine.
• Block Data Manger: Graduate from any recognized university and have completed at least I year Diploma course in Computer Application from Govt. registered Institution. Working Knowledge of computers with operating knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access and Internet.
• Medical Officer: MBBS degree from a MCI recognized institute with one year compulsory Internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council. Weightage will be given for higher Qualification.
• Staff Nurse: GNM from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Candidate should be able to read, write & speak in Bengali.
• CHA(U): Must have passed ANM course from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing council and be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Should be proficient in Bengali and permanent resident of the District Dakshin Dinajpur.
• Counselor: Bachelors Degree in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology.
