Educational Qualifications

• Candidates should have a 12th Graduate Degree, a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject, and a B.Ed from a recognized Board.

• For appointment of Primary School Classes (1 to 6)
• 12th or  2 years Diploma in Elementary Education/4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)/ 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR
• 12th with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR 
• Graduation with 50 % Marks and 2 yr Diploma in Early Education/Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)/B.Ed Special education OR
• Master’s Degree with 55 % marks with 3 yr Bed-Med Course
• JTET paper 1 Qualified

For appointment of Graduate Trained in Upper Primary (Classes 6 to 8)

• Passed the Higher Secondary
• Graduation Degree or equivalent and 2 Y Diploma in Elementary Education
• Graduation Degree with 50 % Marks with B.Ed (or)
• Senior Secondary and 4 years B.A/ B.Sc Ed/ B.AEd (or)
• JTET Paper II Qualified
