• Candidates should have a 12th, Diploma MBBS  Related Stream from a recognized Board.

• Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. OR Should be registered as Pharmacist with the Punjab Pharmacy Council.
• Clinic Assistant: Should have passed the Matriculation Examination / 10+2 examination with science or its equivalent from a recognized university or institution; OR Should possess a diploma in Multi Purpose Health worker (Female) / ANM from a recognized university or institution;
