WCR Technical Vacancy 2023 Educational Qualifications

• Candidates should have passed Bachelor Degree, Diploma Related Stream from a recognized board.

• Senior Technical Associate: Four years Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Communication Engineering/ M.Sc Electronics, or A combination of any sub-stream of Basic streams of Electrical/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Communication Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
• Junior Technical Associate: Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering of three-year duration, or A combination of any sub-stream of basic streams of Electrical/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Communication Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute, or Four years Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or A combination of any sub-stream of Basic streams of Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

WCR Apprentice Pay Details

• The candidate employed on contract basis will be paid daily allowance, when admissible on tour, at the rate of Rs. 500/- (0-6 hours – 30%, 6-12 hours – 70% and more than 12 hours – 100%). This is similar to the pattern of TA admissible to Railway employees except for the rate of TA.
